At Blender Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home blending equipment. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Blender

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
